I have been here a little over a year now and could not be happier! The office staff is very friendly and very helpful and the Maintenace personal do a great job of fixing thing quickly. The apartments are nice and well taken care of, they do a good job keeping the grounds nice and did an excellent job last winter with snow removal and salting.

I woke up at 4:30 am to a cold apartment.iI tried a couple of things, but, couldnt get anything but cold air coming out of registers. I wrote up a maintenance request, explaining what happened. I drive cars for a car dealer, when i got home, maintenance had come over and took care of my problem... Fast service is awesome, and our staff and the maintenance men are awesome!! Thank you very much!!!

I put in a Maintenance request on my Dishwasher and very quickly they diagnosed my problem and put a new one in right away! Thank you so much, everyone involved!

Lyndsay is absolutely wonderful ! She's the most incredible and caring receptionist- and or manager in the office. The maintenance here is fantastic. If you ever need anything fixed they go above and beyond!

I want to give a POSITIVE shout out to the Staff and Maintenance here at Fairways at Woodfield.. Whenever I've had an issue, I submit it, and it is usually done alot quicker than I could imagine and done perfect. Thank you Maintenance and Staff, and especially Lyndsey, who does a great job!!!
